Your package is marked delivered, but you have not received it.

The delivery slip indicates that the package has been delivered, but you have not received it. This can happen when La Poste or another carrier cannot find you on the day of delivery. The delivery person leaves the package, for convenience, with a third party: caretaker, neighbor, local business. We invite you to contact these people. Most often, your order is never far away. However, if we must again make a delivery against signature, this will require you to send 2 documents to our attention by e-mail:

  • A completed and signed sworn certificate (see example below)
  • A photocopy of both sides of your identity card

Returns and exchanges.

If you have changed your mind or the size/color does not suit you, you can return the item(s) to us. For the return to be validated, the product must be in perfect condition. That is to say: clean and odorless. The product has not been retouched or washed, is not broken or chipped if it is an object.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to inform us by email of your decision to withdraw. Then 14 days, from the date of sending of this decision, to return the items to us. Return costs are your responsibility. As part of an exchange, for which you will have previously requested by e-mail, we will first reimburse your order. The reason is our manufacturing business model, which means virtually zero inventory. In practice, our computer system will ask us to generate a new order. For you, it's simple, you recommend one or more items, and of course, these will be sent to you at our expense in mainland France.
